For a working mom with three children the online courses through Northeast Iowa Community College were exactly what I was looking for. The courses are easy to navigate and to maintain while working full-time!
Low tuition price, but the class size is small which allows the class to really feel specialized to you. Felt like the teachers there genuinely wanted us all to succeed, was very friendly and welcoming. Glad I went, felt like I definitely received my money's worth, and TRIO was such a great help. Only downside is that Peosta is a sad puddle of a town, and driving out there every day was miserable. Would be a full 5 stars if the location wasn't so terrible.
Northeast Iowa Community College is a perfect college is you are looking for a hometown feeling. The atmosphere is friendly. The teachers show that they care about you and your education. Even though the college is on the smaller side, it provides endless opportunities.
