Core / regular academic studies were good. Professors (mostly) were very helpful and seemed to care. Unfortunately, the two who I’d claim as the best have since retired.
In program specific courses the professors are hit or miss. They’re either going to be incredibly helpful and caring or they’re going to run you into the ground. There is no in between.
EMS & Medic course professors were wonderful.
Nursing is very cut-throat, don’t expect to have any school-life balance, no abscesses allowed w/o death certificate proof.
Photography very helpful professors.
Many parking lots are riddled with holes and frequently damage cars.
Building ceiling tiles have brown wet spots that are very noticeable.
There is a pool, gym, pool tables, grills, volleyball court.
Dorm are very outdated, usually they’re quite messy.

I love attending NGTC! The staff is amazing and so helpful. If a question ever needs answers, you don't have to go very far. The Teachers are so great and make you feel less like it's a chore to attend class everyday. The school is very student-centered, and care about your success.
North Georgia Tech is an eclectic, hometown school. They have teachers that care about your education and your wellbeing in the classroom and at home. When I decided to go back to school in my 40's, I was concerned that I would be treated differently by the faculty and/or the students, but I was treated with respect on both counts. I could not ask for a better school to be a part of. Go Wolves!
