I love this school, not only because it has a beautiful view, but because all the professors are so nice, they always try to help you as much as possible. They never say no when it comes to someone asking for help. Their nursing building is amazing! I cannot express how amazing it is, just looking at everything they have to help us become the best nurses is just amazing. Honestly, I would not change anything about this school, working hands-on with mannequins and with other classmates is the best way to learn how to work in a nursing environment. Learning from the same people that study with us makes it easier in every way. The professors take the time to help and teach at the best of their ability. I appreciate that school and how much it has taught me. I couldn't have asked for a better and closer school than the one in Carlsbad. The best part of this school is that I can transfer to the main campus to graduate in the area that I have dreamed of since I was a little girl.

I was concerned about starting my education at a community college but this college is amazing and I highly recommend. I was worried about receiving the same education as my peers at the main campus but I was beyond wrong. The teachers as well as staff have been amazing and have helped me grow as a student as well as a person. They have given me the best opportunity to succeed. I will be moving to the main campus this coming fall and I will be very sad to leave this school behind.
I feel very welcome at NMSU Carlsbad. I can easily get help with anything that I need from teachers, staff, and other students. NMSU-C hosts events for students and the community often and they are inviting to everyone. Most of the Staff and Teachers are willing to lend a hand to anyone in any way they can and overall I have had a good experience.
