This is an outstanding music school, really. The faculty is wonderful. The halls have incredible acoustics. The students are incredibly dedicated and passionate. The new building, "The Student Life and Performance Center," is beautiful and offers students the chance to practice in more open spaces, enjoy the vast array of books, and attend regular concerts.
The biggest perks of NEC are the professors you study with and the amazing community surrounding it. It’s an amazing opportunity to be surrounded by so many talented musicians, of your age and much older. It’s a very supportive community, unlike many other schools, and is a great place to be1
It's excellent school, and all the classes are super good, for instance we have orchestra training, orchestra rep class which help young musician to prepare to get a job after graduate, chamber music, music theory and music history. All the classes they provide are fantastic.
