I love how the instructors of all of my classes are very responsive. Any question that I have will be answered within a day at the latest, even when a question does not even concern their specific class. The way the modules within the class are set up, it is very simple to follow along with the deadlines put out to all of the students. What I would like to see change is updated class syllabuses. I say this because an individual can tell right away if there are discrepancies with what is due that week. A class schedule will have an assignment that is due but does not show on the actual week module which means that the assignment is an old one from another class. Overall, the college experience through online classes with NAU has been very smooth and easy to navigate. I would love to get my first scholarship in order to purchase a computer for school, that way I do not have to go to a local computer lab anymore.
One of the best online schools I've ever attended. The professors are amazing and always available to help a student. Its very flexible and you can go at your own pace, no need to log on at certain times of the day. Working full-time and attending school full-time can be challenging but, they are all very supportive. The classmates you meet online are friendly as well.
I am in my first year and a little behind for fact of just getting the hang of the online process. My professers are great, seem to genuinely care. They stay on top of my emails and give me the support to keep up that I need.
I am having a very hard time keeping up to my time to do anything though and falling behind because I have not been able to recieve any loans or grants through them I am looking for work and taking care of my daughter and trying to do school all at once with no income I'm looking internet a lot I have to find time and place to use it. So I think the funding could be better. If I were funded something before starting but enrolled I believe I wouldn't be struggling as much to stay on track.I do hope something come through with my funds soon though because I have already lost once class and think I'm at risk of losing another and with that the loss of my dream of going to college. I will continue to do bony best and stay focused on getting done all I need to.
