Nash Community College Reviews
I have loved my time at Nash! The staff and faculty are super nice and will do anything they can to help you succeed. Although it is college, you get one on one experience to make sure you successfully complete your courses. The amount and availability of resources is unmatched.
They do the best with what they have. They don't have all the fancy technology and large funds of a big university, but they certainly go above and beyond for what they are given. I've never met a rude employee, and I've only had minor issues with one professor (out of my three years here, so that's pretty impressive). It is so helpful to be taught in small classes where the teacher knows your name and cares about your success. Everyone at this college is rooting for you to have a bright future and they have an incredible amount of resources to help you. Math and English labs with free tutors and help with classes, a success closet to prepare you for dressing professionally, counseling, food pantries, etc. I feel like it has prepared me for my future and moving on to a four year college. Do not ever be ashamed to go to community college instead of a university even when the rest of your friends go off. you will end up far more prepared than them with way less debt.
Nash Community College has been so great for me, and to me. I am 31 years old and in my freshman year but they have made me feel great about my decision to finally come and get my education even though it is a little late in life. Now i feel like its never too late. Thanks to Nash Community College. They really try and help you with just about anything , people who cant make it to school or cant get gas all the time they help out with a gas card or if they are hungry. Its amazing the lengths they go to help their students. I am very impressed. I could not have picked a better school to come to. Thanks to all the staff and financial aid I can finally get my life to the place it is suppose to be.
