I took most of my general credit hours online. I could not be more grateful that I did. The professors ensure that you get the best learning experience possible while online. Constant check ins, emails, and reminders were given by each of my professors. They made themselves available by phone, email, and even gave their office number and hours if you needed to stop by campus. Online learning was a breeze at MSC!
My professors have been easy to reach and very understanding. The work is pretty much consistent and the amount of work does not change very much at all. Time management is needed to endure online courses, but professors at MSC do their part to help students with resources and helping them to learn more. Professors and academic advisors are easy to reach through email and typically reply within 24 hours unless it is a weekend. Academic advisors are also so helpful at Murray State. They use a graduation plan to determine the courses you need to take to earn the degree you want. Not to mention, the hours and classes available at Murray state are so flexible, and they have two campuses-- making access to education easier to students that have a busy home life too.
Murray State College has every resource you need to help reach higher education. The staff does everything in their power to help students find their success. They have many resources to help with studying, testing, funding, and many clubs that look great on a resume. It is so easy to have a 1 on 1 with your professors, the resources are right there in your face. I enjoyed being a student here.
