Morgan State University Reviews
Morgan State is an excellent school. The professors and staff there have a vested interest in you not only as a student, but as a future leader. When I attended, they had just made several improvements including upgrades to McMechen Hall (School of Business) which was new at the time. Throughout the years, the progress has not stopped with the addition of several new buildings, programs, and opportunities. You really develop a network of lifelong friends (family) that will play a role for years to come. I would encourage anyone who wants that "college" experience but doesn't want to get lost in the shuffle of 60,000 students to go to Morgan State. Best choice ever!
What I Like about Morgan State University is how easily students are able to network and collaborate with one another on projects. The University "somewhat" provides students with external resources that help them throughout their matriculation. Attending Morgan State University comes with benefits but alongside benefits there, agents that work against students rather than be indirectly or directly. Being a student at Morgan one thing that struck me the most, was how established the University's faculty and staff are. The professors are more than just knowledgeable educators but rather leaders, Mentors, and kindhearted influential people. The professors force students to reach their fullest potential and in doing so we the students devlop skills deemed to be unattainable.
My experience has been wonderful. I love the atmosphere Morgan State University offers. Everyone around campus greets one another and is involved in the campus. Morgan State offers an array of things and activities. The university offers more than 45 undergraduate, 32 master's, 16 doctoral, and 9 online programs. The university's academic schools and programs include the College of Liberal Arts, the School of Architecture and Planning, the Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management, the School of Community Health and Policy, the School of Computer, Mathematical, and Natural Sciences, the School of Education and Urban Studies, the School of Engineering, the School of Global Journalism and Communication, the School of Graduate Studies, and the School of Social Work.
