I myself am not an online learner, but I am capable of doing an online course if it's under the right teacher. I wouldn't say there is any unique features other than being able to submit from google docs. The one online class I have taken so far I hated. We usually had about 6-7 assignments due each week, which was pretty hefty along with my 5 other classes. There was so much work to do that I was late on most assignments, because I didn't understand when it was due. It was pretty easy registration, just like any other class. I do not like that some courses are only offered on certain campuses during certain semesters. If they don't fit into your schedule, or you can't drive there you have to take your class online. The one online course I took I had a bad relationship with my teacher, which caused me to almost fail. Interaction with peers was limited to email and texting.

All but 3 of my courses have made sense to me as to why I should have to take them. Everything involved in those courses has seemed applicable to what I'd like to do. I enjoyed most of my teachers, expect for a few that seemed to go out of their way the make the course difficult to understand, and to pass. I personally have had conflict with 2 of my teachers. I felt like one just personally did not like me, and the other just seemed to take off points on purpose. There isn't a huge variety of courses offered, but that is understandable for a technical college. I like the style of most classes, besides online classes. I think they're difficult to follow unless you've already had a teacher in person. I really like the class sizes, because they're small and really allow you to get to know the people you'll be working with over the course of the semester.
I like MPTC. All the instructors and staff are very friendly and you can go to anyone for help to guide you in the right direction. I took a required class this summer and wasn't too excited about it. The instructor had assignments that were real eye openers for me and I really enjoyed having her as the instructor. Such a great person!
