I loved my time at Mississippi Delta. It's a small campus, so it's easier to get to know people. The instructors are willing to work with you and really care about you. They are also very knowledgeable about their subjects. Their website is very easy to navigate, and they use canvas so you can always see your grades and homework assignments. They also host all kinds of activities for students. The campus is nice, and they are currently taking on new building projects to make it even nicer. It is also a very diverse campus with various groups being represented. Not to mention, it is also way cheaper than attending a university. If you live in the area, I recommend anyone considering attending MDCC to attend.
My experience at Mississippi Delta Community College is "so-so" I am appreciative of the little help they do give, but if I could change something it would be the fact that with online courses, you have to come in person to take your final and midterm exam. I kind of feel like that defeats the whole purpose of studying online, my work schedule due to me working at a casino does not permit me to be eligible at the given times they would like for me to take my exams. In addition, it is sometimes hard to get advisors, on the phone. Not sure why, but it brings on unwanted stress, especially when you are trying to discuss very important information!
What I like about the Mississippi delta community collage is they have really good programs that many students are trying to get into, they also have great professors that reaches out to many collage students that maybe stuck with a lesson and they do everything and have good explanation make make these students understand.
