The best thing about MNSU is that you learn a lot , there are a lot of opportunities to expand your knowledge both in class and outside class, the school tries as much as possible to provide entertainment for students through student activities, and so you never get bored. There is also great help from the career development center where they helped me write my first resume. Through machine, I was hired by a hospital at the beginning of my senior year. Also during winter time, you don’t need to walk outside buildings . Most are connected and warm. In the summer there is a bike rental program where the school rents out bikes to students which is nice. And also the parties are too good! You have a blast . The only downside is that cops bust most of the parties. But MNSU is an ultimate college experience.

Since being enrolled here at Minnesota State University, I have had some amazing professors and experiences. Some which have been just being active on campus in different groups/clubs, participating with campus activities, hanging out with friends by either going swimming, gaming, sports, or even exploring what campus has to offer. Just being on campus has a positive vibe when walking around or working. Never a dull moment when on campus. Although there can be hard classes, it is also important to know that there are resources on campus that are willing to help you. I am a tutor at the university and I know there are places dedicated to helping students with a good portion of subjects. I haven't had many experiences on campus where I felt like I regretted being at MSU or at an event. I have always enjoyed MSU so far!
There is an excessive number of things I enjoy about MNSU. One thing that stood out to me the most is that the school is a bigger school but it overall seems smaller. The campus is only a block big- meaning multiple buildings within one block. I think that MNSU makes students aware of all their resources that they offer but leaves it up to students to use those resources. I think MNSU has a lot of opportunities for students through their connections to businesses which helps with employment. One thing that I think a lot of people get the impression of is that MNSU is just a party school, I believe it can be but that's up to the student to decide. Colleges will always have parties but it will always be up to the students to decide that. I think MNSU doesn't have a whole lot to change. I think they continue to make the school the best they can and when they can. I absolutely love Minnesota State University, Mankato!
