Minnesota State University, Mankato Reviews
There is an excessive number of things I enjoy about MNSU. One thing that stood out to me the most is that the school is a bigger school but it overall seems smaller. The campus is only a block big- meaning multiple buildings within one block. I think that MNSU makes students aware of all their resources that they offer but leaves it up to students to use those resources. I think MNSU has a lot of opportunities for students through their connections to businesses which helps with employment. One thing that I think a lot of people get the impression of is that MNSU is just a party school, I believe it can be but that's up to the student to decide. Colleges will always have parties but it will always be up to the students to decide that. I think MNSU doesn't have a whole lot to change. I think they continue to make the school the best they can and when they can. I absolutely love Minnesota State University, Mankato!
When I think about Minnesota State University, Mankato, I think of my home away from home. The campus is incredibly modern with incorporated touches of the school's history. The school offers so many clubs and activities that it is hard to be bored. From watching football games Saturday's to the school's theatre department show Sunday's, it is always a great time. Not only is the social aspect of it good, but the academics. They have ranked major programs that have incredibly staff who are not only knowledgeable about what they teach, but are also passionate. With this passion there is always staff and professors willing to help when it is needed. MNSU is a great place. A home away from home!
My student is an international freshman and I love MNSU and Mankato area. MNSU is modern, a well designed beautiful campus, and very helpful employees. I popped in on meet Coach Parno who welcomed me like an old friend. The people in Mankato are so friendly I almost felt as if I was home. The college is well situated, everything you need is close by and they have a well run bus transportation system, even from Minneapolis Airport! I was very comfortable leaving my student in MNSU hands. Kudos MNSU
