Overall the school is not worth the time. You are frowned upon for hanging out with people of the opposite sex. If someone sees you hanging out with someone late at night you will get watched and followed. People seem to keep tabs on each other and if someone even the slightest bit looks or acts differently or out of hand you will get reported. What's even worse is Webb hall. It has a variety of bugs to choose to squish on a day to day basis. I honestly don't understand how they manage to pass any sort of health inspection test due to the dirty, outdated residence halls. If you do end up getting in trouble, they will give you a curfew and plenty of tasks to accomplish without even giving a warning. The school is also extremely cliquey. IF someone doesn't like you they will say things to others so others have something against you as well. Everyone seems to be forced to think alike and not have any sort of separate opinion or you will get in trouble. Word spread around fast.
Could not have been happier with my experience so far. Yes, athletics are a big part of the campus community, but that's a great thing! Professors are always more than willing to help, as are fellow students. LOVE it here!
Milligan college is involved in the community and gives you many opportunities to make a difference in the lives around you. The students and administrators are all kind and always ready to help. The school is expensive but they have many opportunities to receive scholarship money. Religion is at the center of most things they do at the school, but this school provides you with a well-rounded education that prepares you for the outside world. Those who graduate from Milligan have no problem finding jobs and think this is a good option for those looking for an impactful and successful education and career.
