Middlesex Community College has been an amazing experience for me. The environment has been so supportive and I truly feel at home here. The college has fantastic student support services and every faculty and administrative staff member are devoted to making sure your experience is positive. Even the facilities people are friendly! The only problem I experience with the college is that sometimes the other students are not as focused on their studies and this can be frustrating for those that take their work seriously, but the Commonwealth Honors Program is wonderful and creates a challenging learning environment full of dedicated students. I wish there were more clubs to join, but overall I couldn't ask for a better experience here!

Overall, this school is fantastic. It is full of professors who spent most of their lives working in the field and then retired to teach part time, and the full time staff are incredible as well. Additionally, the MassTransfer program is the best way to get through school with minimal debt. So far, I am halfway to a bachelor's degree and don't owe anyone a cent (of course, I also worked full time, and it took me a little longer to get my associates). The only real downside is, honestly, the other students. Many of the kids who go to Middlesex are only there because their parents forced them to continue their education - and frankly, those kids generally don't belong there. If you can keep your head down, do your work, and get out ASAP, this is a perfect school. Additionally, many professors I now consider personal friends. Seriously, nothing but fond memories of my classes here.
I've been a Dual Enrollment student at Middlesex Community College since ninth grade. The school had great options for courses and getting an associates degree on a lower budget - they also offer classes at an even lower cost for Dual Enrollment.
They have a great disabilities service office, where they make sure that every student's needs are met.
I have yet to have a teacher that I didn't enjoy and learn a great deal from - many of them having worked in the fields.
The campus feels very diverse in various regards, and it's exciting for me to be able to walk into a class and have a sixteen year old and a woman in her fourties in the same class.
The school also has many options for online classes, which is great for busy schedules or people with health conditions that make travel difficult.
