Super easy and laid back. It's a great way to transition to university since most of the credits are transferrable. Most of the professors are nice, and the school offers different methods of online courses. The people who work there do a great job at leading you through everything and they are very inclusive. They don't offer anything like dorms because they were a community college but switched to being a regular college recently, since they expanded their nursing program to a 4-year degree. Overall, if my program I wanted to go for were here, I would totally stay for longer.
Mid Michigan college is a great place for students are are unsure of what they want to study, or are trying to be cost efficient while in college. There are many people here at Mid who can help you find the right path for your future, and you can take enough credits to receive an Associate's degree here at Mid. Mid has two campuses, both are relatively small, which allows for more one-on-one communication with professors, as well as more resources available as a ratio from student to teacher.
This college is and their professors are really nice and helpful. I have a learning disability and I've had kidney problem. I do not ask for special treatment for anything, so I get treated like the other students. But they still make sure everything is alright and if I am sick or have an appointment that I can stay caught up and everything. I went to a college before and they were not the best. I had a hard time they did not want to help me answer my messages or anything. My GPA went out of this world that I was scared I would never get into another college. But Mid took on the challenge and they are doing fantastic.
