Merritt College Reviews
My overall experience with Merritt community college is that is has been great. Whether I needed silence and needed to study for classes or needed assistance with the librarians. If I needed any assistance with challenging classes, I always felt welcomed and comfortable to use their student center for tutoring. The campus is clean and there is always security around whether I had a morning, afternoon or even night class. A good handful of my teachers showed support, knowledge and great spirit. Economically, the cost for my classes and most books were affordable. Without the financial aid office help with the "bog waiver" I would pay more for my classes. With a reward of making friends and relationships with teachers that I will continue to cherish, I will take the powerful knowledge that I learned from college and use the information to pursue my career and better my future. Overall, I am proud that I went to Merritt community college and that I will be graduating this spring of 2019.
This school is an excellent choice when it comes to getting any sort of degree or certificate. Personally they have the greatest teachers, known for multiple subjects but the ones that put Merritt on the map is Nursing programs coming in at number one in the state. Science courses, communications, psychology, Paralegal Studies.
Great campus! great staff! super chill environment with lots of history behind it. Very respectable. Lots of variety and range of courses to choose from. Could use more tech and arts courses though.
