Merced College Reviews
Review Merced College
Merced college is a very small but friendly and welcoming college filled with an abundance of hospitable students and staff. Out of the four semesters I have been here all my proffesors have been extremely helpful and kind making the class way more comfortable and less stressful. The professors make sure to always think of the students constantly assiting them whenever needed, they are also very passionate on the subjects taught and throughly teach them in a way that is easy to understand. Merced college is very peaceful environment that encompasses a close knit community of people striving for excellence.
my experience at Merced community college was such a challenging experience, the professors at Merced community college was so understanding and helpful to my situation as well as my learning. I really enjoyed working and studying with my colleagues as well as the professors on-site. It has been a wonderful experience and such a mind expanding teachings to my career as well as my lifestyle, today I am fulfilling all my dreams and goals. I wouldn't change discourse that I have in this education at Merced community college I wouldn't think of changing my counselors nor the professors I have and have had in the past at Merced community college that have been so understanding and ready to teach the new criteria that I'm learning for my new career. I am returning myself as a substance abuse counselor/social behavioral therapist. I look forward to going back next semester to fulfill the goals I have set as well as the educational plan and goals I have set along with the counselor.
I am a music major, so most of my time is spent with voice coaches and choir conductors. The music staff are great people and are always willing to give a little extra helping hand. However, I would like the college to stop cutting classes in our music department. As a transfer student I feel I am not getting the education I need to be considered a junior at a CSU. The lack of classes provided for music is problematic, and I would like to see a change I am sure other music majors at this college would agree with me. Great college for Nursing, Psychology, and Liberal Arts majors.
