The worst institution, students have to buy all the materials and in addition give money to the institution to buy materials for the classroom, if you don't give the money you can't practice. I was a teacher and they do not care about education only the money, if the student is not happy with the course they do not let them withdraw from the course, they try to force them to stay to collect the scholarship even if the student does not attend the classes. They do not allow teachers to teach as they should and do not give the complete theory.
