Manhattan College Reviews

My time at Manhattan College thus far has been amazing! I greatly enjoyed my time so far, as I feel so welcome at this college. I feel that at this college I can express myself and the people around me are amazing. The teachers and administration at Manhattan College make you feel welcome and they also do their best to tend to your needs. I personally feel that due to the help that they provide and the flexibility that they give us students I have succeeded greatly in my classes. Overall I also feel that the location is great. Due to the fact that we are in the heart of the Bronx and that we are only a short train ride away from New York City, the opportunities are endless. There are great intern and volunteer opportunities also that are given to you if you are included in the Arches program like I was this past year.
Manhattan College offers excellent professors and a tight-knit community! There are plenty of clubs and D1 sports to become involved in. However, the living and dining situations are less than ideal. The mental health resources on campus are also not hitting the mark, along with that Manhattan College is not accessible for those with physical disabilities.
Amazing, close knit and welcoming are words I would describe my first year at MC. I met my best friends the first week of school as part of the Arches Living and Learning Community. Professor care and reach out as they really want to help you succeed. Great internships in NYC. If you want to be on a cozy campus in a big city, then this school can’t be beat!
