Lurleen B Wallace Community College Reviews
Rating 4.27 out of 5 195 reviews
LBW is a fantastic school to be at! The teachers are helpful and kind! The counselers are some of the best I've had! Some things that could be changed is the campus hours, It is a community college but if you work its hard to get into the library when it closes at 5:00pm.
Lurleen B. Wallace is a great little community college with exceptional professors and a tight-knit community. Everyone is friendly and eager to help you out, and the college offers many opportunities to learn and help you to achieve your goals. There are also multiple services available to students such as free tutoring (at the time of review) and free loaner laptops in case you don't have or cant afford one. LBW is also very affordable for virtually anybody.
At LBW it feels like a family and it is very welcoming. The environment is great and I am glad that I spent a year attending school there. Everyone there is very helpful and you can go to anyone for advice. You will find some of your best friends here and without LBW I wouldn't have met the friends that I met. Being a part of the volleyball team at LBW helped me see the athletic side of the school and being a part of the athletics definitely helped me grow as a person.
