I have had a wonderful experience at Limestone as a student-athlete and full time day student. As a small university, it provides smaller class sizes and you get to know all your professors very well. Additionally, it is a close-knit school, with the majority of the students attending being student-athletes. Because of the large variety of sports, there are also many international students and those from around the country that attend, making it a uniquely diverse campus. In the psychology program, I have had the opportunity to talk to many professionals in the field, and even do my own undergraduate research. Overall, Limestone does an excellent job of preparing you for life after graduation and I have enjoyed my time being here!
A great University with a relaxed and fun vibe. Plenty of diversity amongst the students and Professor's who are really knowledgeable in their specific fields. The classrooms hold around maybe 25 students if not less, so a comfortable class that allows you to become close with other students but also with the Professor's, who really care and will help in any way they can. I'm really glad I chose to stay in my home town and become apart of the Limestone Saints!
Overall, it’s a good school. I’m currently a freshman here at limestone and I have enjoyed it so far. However, the thing that makes my experience not a 10/10 is the lack of organization here. It seems as if none of the staff members communicate with one another, and no one at the school knows anything. Everyone seems clueless. Sports team members are praised, and regular students who do not play sports are looked down upon, no one cares about us or our experience. The campus is falling apart, there’s only one new and updated buildings, all other buildings (where ALL classes are located, have dangerous stairs, leaning floors, mold, etc.
