Lake Land College Reviews
Lake Land is a small, local community college with a lot to offer. With the book rental program, you will save hundreds! Class sizes are small, and professors are almost always available outside of class and are usually more than happy to help someone one-on-one. There is also free on-campus tutoring!
I like that the campus is small and the curriculum is easy to understand. I also like how the teachers for the most part are interactive and try to do their best to help you. I like that the other students in your majors are willing to help each other. I would like to see the food on campus improve. The only thing we have is subway, so there isn’t much options on food. I also would like for the organizations on campus to be more advertised. I wish that the students cared more for the school sponsored sports and activities.
Lake Land College is a great community college to attend and get a jump start on your degree. The college is affordable, with still obtaining the college feel. Every professor I had was able and willing to answer my questions within a fast time span. I also loved the option to rent books, which saves so many students money. The college has so many sports, activities, and groups to join, leaving endless opportunities for friendship. The only thing I would change is more food options, Subway is the only food option besides vending machines, and that can get old quickly.
