Every school has its pros and cons; LECOM has more pros than cons in my opinion mainly because it has a decent reputation in the medical community. Some of the departments are absolutely awesome, such as Microbiology and Anatomy, while others are sub-par, especially physiology. There are professors who might have awful powerpoints (too much or too little information) while others really go out of their way to provide students with all of the tools necessary to ace the exams. There is some research at my school, but most of us know little about it; hopefully we'll get some research opportunities along the way. I'd also like to find out about available internships during our summer vacation; it'd be a good boost for me CV. I know that this medical school will prep us well for our board exams next year, that's what matters most!

Fully expect to become a competent, licensed physician.
The professors are here for the students. The program can be challenging and you have to put a lot of work into it, but it is worth it in the long-run because you will know what you are doing as a practicing pharmacists.
