Firstly, I enjoy the campus. It is within 20mins from my home. It is a small campus and easy to navigate for this ole dog returning to finish her degree. I love the landscape. The green grass, the simple little trees, and the clean look makes me feel like the college cares about even the smallest details. The professors I have had the opportunity to learn from are all wise, kind, and entertaining. I have learned much from them and am inspired. I very much love this school and am glad this is where I will be obtaining my bachelors. The only thing I would change are the small children's desks. They do not flatter this middle age body I have obtained during the course of working hard to get where I am at. Besides the desks, I love this campus!
I went on a college visit to Kent State Stark and had a great experience there. The buildings were pretty big, plenty of room to fit the amount of students that go there. They were modern and nice looking...and had some great features such as comfortable seating and extra spaces for collaborating. Everyone was really nice and very welcoming. They made the whole experience enjoyable and showed us around, giving us a great and very educational tour.
The staff are very helpful and the prices are very affordable. Their Study Abroad program is AMAZING! If that's something you've always wanted to do but always thought you couldn't afford, do it! It's sometimes even cheaper to study abroad than to stay in Canton.
