Keiser University - Fort Myers Reviews
My overall experience with Keiser University - Fort Myers was good until I failed one class in two different occasions. Now I need to pay a portion towards my last class because they don't cover one class for a semester. No one mentioned that fact at the orientation. This feels like a penalty for failing a class. So don't fail your classes! Or you'll be paying out of pocket or getting into debt to pay for it! Another point against them is that they don't cover AAPC Membership or Certification Exam for Coders but they do for Medical Assistants. It should be equal all the way across.
The Keiser University staff understand the benefit of helping and working with their local community partners. If Attitude and Action define people and their true nature, then Keiser is to be recognized for the effort to give back and help their local community. Thank you, Keiser University for all you do directly, and indirectly, to help us!
I like this university for many reasons, and the major one is that classes are monthly. I had many issues before trying to graduate because I would have to take 3-4 classes per semester and it always became too much. Now, I take one class per month and I feel proud at how many classes I have completed in such a short time. I like how small each class is, so there is always a professor that will have more one on one time with me. Lastly, I am grateful for the financial aid in this university. They will sit down with you and help you do financial aid, help to find the best loans and will walk you through each step. The most I worried about was just starting class. The rest of it was taken care of by financial aid.
