My experience with Kaplan throughout the years has been enlightening yet so rewarding. I have met people from other states and even some close to where I live. The teachers are very knowledgeable which is to be expected. They are available and accommodating. The math program ad tutors are awesome! The workload is pretty standard although it requires a lot of research and projects. Overall, Kaplan is a pretty great school. I wish there were on in New York.
Review Kaplan University - Davenport
Kaplan is an excellent college. The virtual classroom atmosphere makes striving for your goals a fulfilling experience. Professors not only teach you how to apply the knowledge you are given, but exemplify demonstration through the techniques they use when communicating with their students. The flexibility allows people from diverse backgrounds to improve themselves while holding jobs. Kaplan has provided me with the opportunity to advance my career goals while being critically ill for almost a year. If it wasn't for their 24/7 online access to assignments, this would not be possible. I would recommend Kaplan University to anyone who is experiencing physical hardships and feel they are at a dead-end point in their life. There is hope! Within a few short years you have the ability to turn things around in your life.
I am an online student at Kaplan. My information that I've received let me know that my campus would be Davenport, IA, though. I believe that Kaplan is a great school. I have had such a positive experience while being here. The professors are helpful and caring. They don't seem like this is just another job; they show their passion. The only problem I have with this school is the Financial Aid department, they are not helpful, they expect for you to figure out solutions to come up with payments on your own. The only help that I've gotten from Kaplan dealing with Financial Aid is my advisor, who is fantastic! He told me about so many options that I have to choose from in order to receive funds to go toward my tuition. I would definitely recommend this school to others. It may be on the pricey side, but I feel that it's worth it!
