While on my college search I felt very unsure of where I wanted to attend. I had visit three different schools and didn’t feel at home. All of that changed when I visited Kansas State for the first time. The environment is welcoming and safe. I have loved my experience at Kansas State. Everyone I have asked for help no matter big or small has been extremely kind. They go above and beyond to help you reach your goals and make you feel comfortable. They work hard to make sure all students can get involved no matter their interests by having many different clubs, activities, and CAT communities. The campus is beautiful with many trees and art. The buildings are cohesive and add to the charm of the campus. The dorms are nice and the RAs are friendly and work hard to make everyone on the floor feel welcome. The food in the dining centers are AMAZING. There are so many different options for every meal. There’s something for everyone. I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else! I love ksu!

K-State offers everything you could want in a college experience. Small class sizes mean you get to know your instructors and your classmates. Everyone is friendly and the instructors truly care about your success. And you don't just sit in a classroom all day. The internships, research opportunities, and field experiences give you a real-world perspective of what to expect when in your career. There are endless majors, a ton of different student groups, and events and activities galore. Also, the city of Manhattan loves K-State! There are restaurants, bars, shopping, entertainment and a lot of outdoor activities. Also, don't believe the stereotype, there is nothing flat about Manhattan. You can hike in the flint hills and the sunsets are to die for

Kansas State University is a large, beautiful campus in a midwestern, friendly setting. The major degree areas are consistent with nearly any state university, so there are an amazing number of options. I am able to meet as needed with my advisors and love the abilitity to make my course schedule work for me.
The staff and students are friendly so I feel like people know me. I have opportunities to become involved through various clubs and organizations on and near campus. K-State provides all I need for my college experience!
