My experience at JFK muhlenberg has been better than expected. In the beginning I did struggle a bit with registration and financial aid as the administration does tend to be unresponsive at times. Nonetheless, this has gotten better during my time there. As for academics and the professors. I truly believe they have your best interest at heart although it may not seem like it but it’s not their decision whether you pass or not. At the end of the day it’s based of the work and time you decide to put in. I’d recommend this school to anyone who is willing to take 100% responsibility for their education and is truly serious about this career.

The office administration ruins your school experience. There are classes 3 days a week then you waste one full day driving to the school for a skills lab for 1hr. It’s a terrible set up. They have an ATI exam on a day you do not have class SUPER inconvenient people have life’s outside of this school to be able to pay for its ridiculous fees. They nickel and dime you for everything without warning! Save your money or spend more at a 4 year college! The communication from administration is absent. Fees on top of fees for items you do not even use!
My learning experience with JFK was great, but they are very dysfunctional and disorganized as staff. They send information out last minute often with errors, do not answer phone calls or emails in a timely manner. Professors are hands on and knowledgeable though.
