Jacksonville State University Reviews
The staff at Jacksonville State University really cares about its students. Whether it’s the cafeteria workers, the professors, or the admissions staff, the employees at JSU always show they care. The professors I have had this semester during the COVID pandemic went above and beyond to provide educational support for us. They made themselves available for us at any time, modified assignments, and expressed their gratitude for our flexibility. JSU has felt like a second home to me the moment I set foot on campus in 2016, and I can’t wait to graduate in December 2020 from this wonderful university.
I really thought with all this COVID-19 stuff, online class was going to to be hard! But in reality, the teachers are very understanding an make it clear when we do/do not have class. The internet speed could use work, but otherwise it's not that bad!
Jacksonville State University is an overall, amazing college. The professors are very caring about their students and their future. They push their students to their full potential to be and do the best they can inside the classroom and also outside of the classroom. Although tuition can be a hassle without financial aid, they provide plenty of scholarships to help provide funds. The only thing I will change about my university is the food. I wish we had a Zaxby's! Before the campus was hit by the tornado, are campus was the most beautiful university in the south. It is becoming more beautiful day by day as the reconstruct and rebuild things around campus. We will get our university back to how it was while still being the most friendliest campus in the south!
