All of my prerequisite professor's were amazing! Very thorough and had passion for the material. My program professor's are otherwise; unorganized, lack knowledge of student questions and professors will not answer material related questions regarding tests, homework, or lab related assignments. Although it has been a bumpy ride, my passion for my program has surpassed being an interest - It is now love. I love being a Medical Laboratory Technologist in training. I am ready to save lives in the lab!
My first semester at Ivy Tech Community College far exceeded my expectations! From my helpful, albeit "pushy" advisor, to my amazing and outstanding professors, I have pulled through with a 4.0 and have found I can do what I never thought I could. I owe so much of my success to the faculty and help Ivy Tech has supplied. I couldn't have had a better experience.
I did not think that I would enjoy online classes, but I enjoy them more! The professors adapted well to switching over to virtual.
