I applied to go to ICC and got accepted.. Open house was conducted as an "eat and greet" with a complimentary baking instruction class. The adminstrative staff as well as the instructors are passionate about what they do.
To major in Culinary Arts you work the hardest because you study in Bakery, culinary arts, winery.
