International Culinary Center - New York Reviews
I have searched all of the International Culinary Center Website and have watched various videos on the courses, values, and outstanding educators as well as tremendously successful and influential alumni. Their graduates include Bobby Flay, David Chang, Dan Barber and my personal culinary inspiration, Christina Tosi! After watching her episode on chefs table I was instantly inspired and it was the push I needed to become determined to turn my hobby of baking into a career that I will enjoy devoting my time to. This being said of course I immediately looked into the International Culinary Center and found myself in awe of their programs as well as location and especially the incredible chefs that run it. Now, after having done plenty of research on it I am determined to go to this school and fulfill my culinary dreams and to turn my passion for baking into a prosperous career.
The school has a wide range of classes for every level. They even have a very good wine program. That will allow you to move forward in food service/
