International Culinary Center - New York Reviews
I have searched all of the International Culinary Center Website and have watched various videos on the courses, values, and outstanding educators as well as tremendously successful and influential alumni. Their graduates include Bobby Flay, David Chang, Dan Barber and my personal culinary inspiration, Christina Tosi! After watching her episode on chefs table I was instantly inspired and it was the push I needed to become determined to turn my hobby of baking into a career that I will enjoy devoting my time to. This being said of course I immediately looked into the International Culinary Center and found myself in awe of their programs as well as location and especially the incredible chefs that run it. Now, after having done plenty of research on it I am determined to go to this school and fulfill my culinary dreams and to turn my passion for baking into a prosperous career.
Everyone there from the staff to other students are absolutely amazing. The staff treated my kindly and made sure I had everything I wanted starting with when I first showed interest.
I applied to go to ICC and got accepted.. Open house was conducted as an "eat and greet" with a complimentary baking instruction class. The adminstrative staff as well as the instructors are passionate about what they do.
