I always wanted to study at this university since I was told that in the nursing field they were well prepared. The moment I visited the campus and the nursing department I loved it, it was well prepared and equipped to learn and leave as a professional. From the first day I went for orientation the process was easy and fairly quick. I had to wait a bit for my transcript since I had completed an associate's degree at another institution, but as soon as it arrived they worked through all my admissions via email very quickly. The professors look like they know what they are teaching, they are generally helpful to the student as well as the university itself has different methods to help the student. Overall I am happy that I made the best decision to study at this university.
The Inter American University San German campus is a pretty great student experience. The staff are nice and always helpful and the counselors are great. Classes are good, not too challenging if you study and pay attention. The teachers will for the most part help you out with any issues you have with the class. The only issue that you may see is that some of the buildings are old and need a bit of upkeep regardless most of the campus is in a good shape and the classrooms are clean and in great condition.
My experience at Interamerican University was very good and honestly would not have chosen another school. I didn't even bother applying for other schools because I knew the inter was the one for me. It has a very chill vibe and a fun party scene. The professors have been some of the best. According to some friends, the professors are way better than at UPRM. Very nice and understanding with any trouble that a student may encounter. The food is surprisingly good and cheap. The campus is also not that big so you can easily get around.
