The graduate course for Industrial and Organizational Psychology challenges students to grow professionally and personally. The courses are flexible to work around a full-time job and raising a family. The individuals enrolled in the class with you are from diverse backgrounds which provide insight and perspectives to create additional value throughout the course.
The master's program is 15 months with 10 six-week courses. Each course has specific content to grow your knowledge as well as components that culminate from course to course. Each course is rooted in a Christian lens, yet a variety of faith backgrounds are currently enrolled in the degree I am taking. IWU is focused on creating a better future for you by building your knowledge, increasing critical thought, and providing a space for all to improve yourself and others in your life. I highly recommend IWU for those who work and/or have a family and are considering obtaining a graduate degree.

This college is absolutely amazing! The professors are dedicated, understanding, and personable. The courses are well planned and organized, and the chaplain services are a definite plus. Not only are you able to learn sufficiently, but you also have a chance to build a better relationship with God.
