However, while I am thinking about transferring universities (simply just for preference), I would recommend this university to anyone! It's a dream come true. They have almost every major you can think of and everyone is very polite, the orientation was a breeze and my mentors were amazing and very informative. They made learning about the college fun. The classes are a workload but transitioning from a community college to a four year college (or jumping straight into it from HS), it's to be expected. You just have to manage your work, school, and social life well! The activities on campus are endless!

My experience here at IUPUI has been nothing but great experiences and leadership opportunities. There’s a lot you can do to enhance your leadership, interpersonal, communication skills as well! I would like to see in near future more convenience for the cost of student living. Overall I will recommend IUPUI to anyone looking forward to attending a VERY diverse university.
I loved my time at IUPUI. I found my fellow classmates to be very friendly and my professors to be helpful and always willing to discuss concepts I didn't understand. The placement in a large metropolitan area means students can easily find employment both during school and after graduation.

The career services department is by far the best part of this university, after all, your career is what this is all about! They regularly sent me job openings, helped me polish my resume, set up networking events with alumni, and even gave me references when I eventually applied to a job. Overall, I found this school to be a great value and would encourage prospective students to get as involved as possible to really see how much there is to offer.
