Independence Community College has been a blessing for me and has been great keeping me on track with my school work. I never thought I would be going to college, but here I am! I love everything that this school has done for me and will miss it when I transfer!

I absolutely love Independence University! The course content is not extremely difficult and is relevant to my field of study. In addition, the instructors are very helpful, and the entire university staff seems to want to see me succeed at my endeavor. There is nothing I would want to see change!
My 2 sisters attended here and both went on to 4 year colleges. My oldest sister graduated high school in December and attended ICC for a semester. Every credit transferred to a private Christian college. She had to wait until May to receive her official high school transcript. ICC was a short term solution for her to get a few classes done and feel successful. My other sister attended 2 years and got her liberal arts degree. She moved on to a 4 year university also. I know their two situations were different but both had great experiences at ICC. Both played in the band, so I attended most home sports games. Everyone is friendly and they get excited about school spirit.
