Student services are always there to help you and the advisor i got has been a great help and informative. Making sure I was on top of my classes. Professors are making sure I was not behind in any class assignments. They are there to help you achieve your degree. Students are able to ask for help and someone is always there from financial aid office, student services, advisors and registration. Shout out to Tuilautala, Haavale & Daniel Wall, student services simon & nancy grant and last but not least birgit meany. You guys are amazing. Keep up the great work!
The community feel, being welcomed by the students, staff, and community residents that frequent Ilisagvik College. I last attended Ilisagvik in 2015, I graduated with an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Construction Technology. Everyone from the Dean of Instruction to other faculty there were helpful with any help needed. I am looking to attend Welding Level 3 and take a drivers education class at Ilisagvik the fall of this year 2022.
I am a senior and Ilisagvik College has been such an amazing experience for me. I had a hard time choosing schools but once I decided to attend here my life really changed for the better. Graduating soon, I will use my learned skillset as an electrician and my tribal connections have never been stronger. Highly recommend for all tribal members as it is a great education and I could not imagine going anywhere else. Go Vikings!
