My overall experience at HFC has been good, I have no complaints at all. I've done online classes and in person classes and I prefer in person because you have the opportunity to talk to the professor and get them to explain stuff to you a little more. The teachers are patient and don't mind helping.
The university is very diverse, and the the students are nice, and don't mind doing study groups. The food is really good and they have many options to choose from. The campus is clean!

This college is a goldmine in its CIS department. I've completed 2 associates out of the 3 main tracks. Everything is hands on learning and it puts many universities to shame. Universities are too caught up in digging in your pocket and teaching you theory and writing code on paper that does nothing. This college makes you do projects one after another throughout the semester. Other degree gives you hands on learning with industry used equipment. If it wasn't for this school and their wonderful instructors, Id be clueless in the industry. With what I learned here I effortlessly passed advanced certifications with ease!
As a part-time dual-enrolled student, I have taken 6 courses through Henry Ford's online classes, and 1 on campus.
The campus was always clean and well-maintained when I visited. The classroom was well-kept, but there was vandalism on some mouse pads, and the wifi was spotty in certain parts of the building my class was in.
As for my online classes, my professors have always been extremely accommodating when acknowledging that I am still a full-time high school student. They are lenient on deadlines (within reason) and tend to reach out to help students directly.
As a dual-enrolled student, my tuition fees were covered through my public school.
