It's great for my program and for my end goals. The primary instructor in my program is a working professional and so I feel like he's well connected in the field and that the course material will be relevant and reliable. Lots of hands-on learning, which I appreciate. Engaging topics, good labs. Can't beat the cost of the program.
It's a beautiful campus for a technical college, with various gardens done by the landscaping students. I think the programs are unique and exciting... and they're useful. I could go take automotive or design courses just to have background knowledge in different subjects (and save money down the road). It's also one of the cheapest tuition costs in the state, so that helps.
In my opinion, I think Hennepin tech is one of the best community college in Minnesota. Since i entered Hennepin tech, I have felt really comfortable. They have great staffs and they make you feel at ease. The staffs also help you with your school work 24/7 when you need them, and they also have lots of resources to help you with your school work.
