Henderson is a great place to get an education! All my professors are extremely helpful because they care about student success. Staff, faculty and students are friendly. Nice atmosphere.
I absolutely love my school. The people are great, the classes challenging and the extracurriculars are fun! Some of my favorite things have been participating in the band program, joining a Christian sorority, being involved with campus ministry and joining the student nursing association. I would do it all over again.
My overall experience for Henderson State University is that they are very welcoming and caring. No matter where you came from or who you are the people here welcome you with open arms. They want everyones experience here to be as great as it can be. They also put on great, informational, and fun invents so that Freshman can get to know other people and have a chance to get to know the school. Most professors here honestly care about their students. If you have any questions or want help they are always there. Henderson, not only is a great sized school for me, but the beautiful, caring environment and people here would always cause me to choose this school as my college.
