I am currently in Culinary Arts Program and providing the HCC lunch everyday Monday to Friday is an honor. I worked as an internship at Four Seasons Hotel which in the future will change my life. I enjoy being in the kitchen and I can say Culinary Arts is my passion. We cook and bake Monday thru Friday the first year in the Kitchen, then the second year the first semester we work in a Cafe which teaches you to prepare for a faster pace kitchen then the cafeteria. Also memorizing all stocks and sauces. Then the second year, second semester its all about presentations and Gourmet Fine Dinning. The amount of education is amazing.
