Harrisburg Area Community College (Gettysburg) was one of the most best experiences. There is only one professor teaching philosophy courses at there. The professor is excellent at conveying concepts and other ideas within philosophy and religion. Though there was a difficulty spike with Ethics, I thought it was engaging with all the different theories presented. There have been the dull professors that explained What was happening but never Why. They helped students when something was wrong, or if they had trouble understanding the material. The staff working at the bookstore were nice when I had to interact with them. For the faculty they were all nice and provided resources that were never mentioned prior to entering into the college. The campus overall was clean, including the restrooms which is a major plus in my mind. The only problem with the campus is that it’s geared towards nurse programs. It is a great campus to attend.

I enjoy the environment HACC brings, when I walk in each morning I am greeted with a calm environment that offers a variety of stress-relieving activities such as massage chairs, puppy cuddling, as well as exploratory activities that revolve around black history month and much more!
The professors want their students to succeed. Since, it is such a small campus, the professors are able to get more one on one time with each student. Such a great place to learn!
