Having a hands-on shop helped in the long run regarding graduating. Not everyone can continue to do work back to back; it definitely wasn't my strong suit. Being able to be in a hands-on trade every other week and eventually being able to get a job and get paid rather than going to school became worth it. There are so many benefits to a tech school and you could really never go wrong. It's easier to connect with students when you're main common factor is the shop you're in.
I'm a EE major , and my classes are exactly what I expected so far. I haven't had to take any crazy electives that have nothing to do with EE. In fact, all of the classes I'm taking this semester are related to my major, which is nice because the material is super interesting to me. The workload for a my major here is intensive but not overwhelming.
the professors are fine and student friendly.Helped me at every time,i am happy with my performance.
