Grace Christian University Reviews
Rating 4.09 out of 5 184 reviews
Grace Christian University saved my faith and gave me a chance to explore my educational options. When I started living on campus, it gave me a chance to get away from the chaos at home while also improving my relationship with God.
In my third year I started working on campus as a housekeeper. What I noticed from that is students do not respect the work we do. I’ve seen liquids (halfway full and full) being tossed away in the trash, such as coffee, smoothies, pop, and water. If there is enough liquid thrown away, then the liquid leaks through the bag. I’ve also noticed how students do not take housekeeping seriously since they call in or quit more often than they work.
I also liked going to chapel. The worship, teaching, and volunteer opportunities are important, but the fines for chapel make going there stressful sometimes.
The classes are great. They are difficult at times, especially if you are taking 15 credits a semester, but the professors are fun.

I was given false information before beginning classes at this college. I was told I could not pick my classes and had to get my Associates degree before I could take any classes toward a Bachelor's degree. Thankfully Liberty University informed me of this false information and I transferred immediately, even hurting my finances in doing so.
I agreed with their codes and beliefs, only to come across a theology teacher who pushed his and the professor who published the books for the class beliefs of dispensationalism of the gifts of the spirit. The books had so many errors it was unfathomable. They never ran it through an editing app, and much of the material was not able to be understood because of so many grammatical and spelling errors. The schools code of beliefs stated they supported the gifts, while this professor did not.
90% of the teachers never answered questions thoroughly even though I provided thorough details in the emails. Their public speaking professor was amazing.

I am a 54 year old Freshman at Grace Christian University. I am excited to be continuing my education. I am studying Social Sciences. I made the Dean's List in Spring Semester, 2023 with a GPA of 3.93. Grace Christian University has been phenomenal. I have learned a great deal in a variety of courses and the instructors, academic advising team, etc. are all professional and extremely helpful. My college experience has been very fulfilling and satisfactory at Grace Christian University.
