GCC offers its students many resources to succeed. The faculty are great! If you put in sufficient time and effort, you'll find that the teachers will help you in the class room, write great recommendations letters for you, and help you in every way they can so that you can succeed. There are many places where you can get help with homework and studying. There are diverse clubs and societies and events on campus. The campus itself is beatuful and picturesque. It's easy to get around, and the cafeteria offers a good selection of foods to suit various diets. The students come from varying backgrounds, which means you'll always meet interesting people! Then there's the GCC coffee place, Grounds for Thoughts; their drinks are absolutely delicious!
I really liked attending at Glendale Community College. I’ve been there for about two years now. It has a beautiful and awesome campus. One of my favorite buildings is the library. I always go there between my breaks to do homework, study, or just relax. I also really like the teachers there. They are always encouraging us to ask questions and are very considerate. One thing that would change is the pricing on the textbooks; some books are way too expensive. But overall, it has been a great experience being a student at that college.
Transferring from a community college to a university, I was a but intimidated on the first day, but now I absolutely love it! Everyone is so nice and friendly. If I ever need help or have a question about anything someone is always willing to provide some guidance. It is only week 2 and I am already having an amazing time.
