Georgia Southern University Reviews
Georgia Southern is a great school! My favorite part of the school are the professors and other staff. Everyone is extremely nice and selfless. Whenever I need help with ANYTHING, there is always someone I can ask to get that answer. The environment here is great! It’s located in a small town, and everybody here has a lot of school spirit. Georgia Southern has the full support of the town and its people. Most importantly, the academics are exceptional. The professors are mostly always available when you need them, to provide help and support for each of their students. Although it is a fairly large school, I have a personal connection and relationship with all of my professors. And that is very important in College!
Georgia Southern University is a great school! The professors have the heart to get to know the students. There are great opportunities to network through student organizations. This school holds many job fairs throughout the year so students will be able to connect with companies for potential jobs and internships. Also, there are great opportunities to work with professors on undergraduate and graduate research. This is an awesome school and I recommend the university to all students. The one thing that I would like to see change is for the programs to have more electives in learning upcoming design programs that companies use today.
When you visit Georgia Southern, one of the first things they'll tell you is that Southern has a "big campus, small feel" to it. I can honestly say that this is true. Although there are over 20,000 students, there is a small home feel to it. The campus is beautiful and they do a good job at keeping up with technological advances and keeping the facilities up to date. Party life is great if you're a girl, if you're a guy and not apart of a frat, good luck getting into frat parties. This school offers great eduction and I'm glad that I chose to go here!
