my experience at GPTC was pretty alright. The classes were not that challenging. The schedule was pretty flexible. The professors were very respectful. I attended GPTC as a Dual Enrollment student and my classmates were often pretty rude to the professors; However, the professors did their best to brush it off and teach the material. The campus is alright. The gym is not that big so if there are more than ten people in there, it's crowded. Overall, it is an alright school to pursue an associate's degree.
Classes are mostly flexible with a good amount of them available online to accommodate those that work. The school did have it's ability to accept student loans revoked last year for however long that will last so that has been trying since it's the way I've been able to attend college classes.
Some of the classes feel like they should either have better teachers or have their curriculum reviewed once in a while because certain classes pertaining to my degree didn't teach me anything and didn't use any of the programs we should have been using.
Overall, it's good for getting your core classes done cheaply and moving on to a university to finish out your degree.

I am currently a dual enrollment student, taking college classes at this college while still a high school senior. The experience so far has been a good investment of my time. The course material is organized and easy to follow, given that online teachers don't necessarily teach. The community is very nice and professional, the officials are always very helpful. Its inexpensive and offers a great education for a community college, and is an excellent pathway for transferring to a 4 year college.
