Gateway Technical College Reviews
I truly recommend attending gateway as a start to your college education. Not only do they have a variety of technical diplomas & associate degrees, but they are cheaper than most other college systems. All the classes are usually less than 30 students, allowing more 1 on 1 time with the instructor. The professors are very knowledgeable and eager to help. All of the instructions, weather in the law enforcement, fire, EMS, or any other program all have career experience in the field they are teaching. This allows for real life scenarios and instruction.
I have loved my college experience so far! Gateway is so welcoming and there is so much support available for every student. The classes are lively, the professors are supportive and flexible and the student atmosphere makes you feel valued and included. Another bonus is that Gateway has awesome programs for half the price of other schools! They also offer decent financial aid and payment planning and assistance. I am so glad I chose Gateway to begin my collage experience and I would strongly recommend you go apply!
I am currently attending Gateway Technical College as an undergraduate through the Gateway Start College now program and I take two classes there, Criminal Law and Intro to Criminal Justice. Both classes are very informational and goes into why certain procedures are done, how to identify different statues when a crime has been committed, and the history of the criminal justice system. The teachers keep us constantly engaged with partner activities, worksheets, and reviews. I usually feel prepared for every test that we have every other week.
