Very expensive and some teachers lack experience, but you will learn, some instructors are excellent. Staff is always saying how they care about you, but no one helps except for a 5-minute meeting with your academic counselor. The Cincinnati campus is overcrowding with students, but they're not expanding. They have converted dry labs to classrooms due to the fact they just keep letting students in; now there's no where to practice CPEs. It obvious they are more interested in the money now. I would give it three stars if it weren't for their terrible choices of clinical sites, some are being shut down or unsafe.

I love attending Galen. The school is focused on nursing so its so many like minded people around to help and support you. If I can change one thing about the school it would be the availability of grants and scholarship money or a stipend. The school is fast paced and challenging and it is hard to maintain a job and stay on top of everything. Other than that, it is a great school.
It’s a wonderful school built on helping the ones who want to work be successful! They have so many things accessible to every student from advisors to student mentors , people who have been where you are now ! I feel they are so helpful from the moment you walk through the door to meet with your advisor they give you a tour from the get go . They answer every question ! The classes are small so you can have one on one time !
