I took classes online and my experiences so far have been truly amazing. As previously stated, all of the course material is laid out clearly, making it easy to locate your assignments and when they are due. Professors communicate with their students through zoom and email. Usually, we have a Zoom call once every week. In our Zoom sessions, our professors present the material for the week, explain assignments for that particular week, and answer any questions we may have. Overall, I highly recommend this university! The professors truly care about the success of their students and I love the layout of all of our classes.
I have been an online student since I started attending the college, and they are flexible with the different time zones. I am in the Air Force which means that I'm constantly moving. The professors always lend a hand, and they never shy away from any of my questions. They make the learning environment something that I can look forward to. Overall, I wouldn't have it any other way!
I took all of my classes online and experienced no problems whatsoever. The material was available at least ten days before classes began and any technical glitches were handled immediately by the Help Desk professionals.
The Syllabus was very easy to understand and all deadlines outlined, along with reminders given by the professors both during class and email. All my emails were answered quickly. They also offered online weekly Meet sessions to go over the week's assignments and answer any questions.
Finally, Franklin has an outstanding Writing Center. I highly recommend using this resource.
