I am an active member of the Florida Memorial National Alumni Association (FMUNAA) and the local South Dade Chapter. I have very fond memories of my alma mater. I find the current FMU students to be very progressive and determined. They have done a remarkable job during the COVID-19 pandemic by forging ahead during online learning. The administration had the vision to allow students to remain on campus for those who could not access housing when other universities kicked students off campus leaving them without options. Also, the alumni successfully represents the university in a variety of industries and leadership positions globally. Indeed, FMU is an incredible collaboration of old school and new school.

FMU is a great college! The classes are small, many of the teachers are very helpful, and the students are very much active on campus. Also the tuition very reasonable.
What I like about Florida Memorial University is the academic part. There are good professors that really teach you and help you to understand the class. The classroom is small so you can really interact with the professor.
Florida Memorial University need to improve the cafeteria food, the wifi, the dorms, and the student development center.
