I have gone back to FTCC to get a few more credits to transfer to a 4-year college. Going back was easy, and everyone was very supportive. If you already have your transcripts here and want to take a few more credits to transfer to East Carolina College or another 4-year college, I highly recommend using them to get those last credits finished! The teachers and students in the Student Center are very nice and helpful. They helped me access my electronic book, relearn to navigate blackboard, walked me through adding Microsoft 365 onto my laptop, and even helped me study for my Praxis test so I could transfer to a 4-year college! They were so kind and helpful. Even if you don't go to FTCC, be sure to use your college's Student Center. I also like that you can see the names of professors when you register for classes. This lets you find professors that will be compatible with your learning style!
My experience at Fayetteville Technical Community College has provided me with an excellent opportunity: free college! This is a dual-enrollment program that allows me to be a college student and a high schooler to some extent since the spring of my freshman year. I have learned to love the college learning environment more than my high school environment, and love it when the teachers are accommodative.
We have the freedom of a college student, because we are held to the responsibility that as long as students are getting Cs and above, the administrative staff is content.
I think my college advisor that works at my school needs better resources for her students. I don't know if it is just bureaucracy, but there was very little assistance in deciding a curriculum. This is imperative because majority of students want to shoot for their Associates and if they fall short of credits, then the school provides a fifth year option.

I absolutely enjoy being part of the Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC) community! All the students are very welcoming. The staff and admin are extremely helpful. They make the time to seek out the time to help you if you ask. They also provide you with everything you need to succeed. The campus is amazing, and rather big. They have this really pretty rose garden as well. I would definitely suggest this school if you are looking for a place to call home.
